Our Bare Knuckle Custom Audio Taper 280K CTS short shaft potentiometers. These pots feature a logarithmic audio taper, smooth torque and +/- 10% tolerance and are specially made for Bare Knuckle by CTS. These custom CTS280K pots can be used for both volume and tone applications.
Circlip fitted to shaft for increased durability
Available in 3 taper options:
"A" 10% audio taper: fast roll-off from max volume, allows for quick swell techniques with a snappy response.
"BD" 20% audio taper: medium roll-off for a great balance between quick response and fine-tuning control.
"J" 30% audio taper: a smoother, more linear roll-off for greater fine-tuning control, particularly in the lower half of the range of the dial.
