Bare Knuckle Terms and Conditions
Bare Knuckle Pickups Ltd has a warranty on all its pickups; we guarantee them to be free of component and manufacturing defects for life to the original purchaser.
Should a problem arise all we ask is that you return the pickup via registered mail to our registered address (below) and every effort will be made to repair or replace it free of charge as quickly as possible.
The warranty is only valid to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. The warranty does not cover damage through misuse or improper handling, normal wear to covers, installation charges or any form of modification or repair undertaken by anyone other than Bare Knuckle Pickups Ltd.
Responsibility for correct and safe installation of the pickup rests with the purchaser. If you are unfamiliar with wiring or have never fitted guitar pickups before please consult an experienced guitar repairer and get the pickup installed professionally.
Should a pickup cover need to be removed from a humbucker, return the pickup via registered mail to Bare Knuckle Pickups LTD and we will carry out the modification free of charge so that it doesn't invalidate the warranty.
Four conductor wiring for humbuckers is a no cost option at time of purchase. If you decide after buying a Bare Knuckle Pickup that you'd like four conductor wiring, return the pickup to us via registered mail and we'll change the wire over for a small fee, again so that it doesn't invalidate the warranty.
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail or DHL (depending on shipping destination) and will require a signature upon receipt.
If you are unhappy with any pickup purchased directly from Bare Knuckle Pickups or would like to exchange it for another model, return the pickup in its original condition by registered mail within 14 days of delivery and we will either exchange or refund the pickup. Please contact us to obtain a returns reference as unsolicited returns cannot be accepted. Custom ordered pickups cannot be returned for exchange or refund (all Aged finishes are treated as Custom Orders).
The customer is liable for all costs incurred for returned pickups. Bare Knuckle Pickups Ltd reserves the right to charge a discretionary handling and restocking fee of 15% on any refund.
