Gift Certificate Terms & Conditions
1. Validity and Expiry
1.1 Gift certificates are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
1.2 Gift certificates will not be honoured after their expiry date, and no extensions will be granted except at our discretion.
1.3 Any remaining balance on an expired gift certificate will be forfeited.
2. Redemption
2.1 Gift certificates may be redeemed online only at www.bareknucklepickups.co.uk.
2.2 Gift certificates may be used towards part payment of an order and can be used multiple times until empty.
2.3 Gift certificates cannot be topped up. To add further value, a new gift certificate must be purchased separately.
3. Delivery
3.1 Gift certificates are delivered electronically to the email address provided. A physical certificate will not be issued.

5. Refunds and Cancellations
5.1 Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5.2 Purchases made using a gift certificate are subject to the same refund policy as standard orders. Refunds will be issued as store credit or a new gift certificate, not as cash.
6. Lost or Stolen Gift Certificates
6.1 We are not responsible for gift certificates that are lost, stolen, or used without authorisation.
6.2 If you believe your gift certificate code has been compromised, please contact us immediately so we can investigate.
7. General
7.1 We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will apply to gift certificates purchased after the update.
