Youtube Demo of the Week

Youtube Demo of the Week.
Hello and welcome back to our weekly blog, where we rummage in the archive of our YouTube channel for hidden gems you may have missed, or highlight new videos to our channel that are fresh off the press. Our YouTube channel is a brilliant place to listen to the many tones of Bare Knuckle, a "try before you buy", if you will. But it is also a fantastic tool for the budding gutarist, as well as the professional. Pick up (sorry, pun not intended!) loads of tricks and tips, as well as ideas for licks and new ways to tune your guitar. We are very proud of our roster of incredibly talented demo artists, who we are currently highlighting on our blog as well. We have interviewed them, and our interview with demo artist John Huldt is now live. Keep an eye out for more being published in the coming weeks!
This week we are have a brand new release from Dan Stevens, who is comparing four Bare Knuckle humbuckers: the Riff Raff, Black Dog, Emerald, and Nailbomb.
These four contrasting humbuckers are put through their paces by YouTube demo artist Dan.
The Riff Raff humbucker has a tight and punchy bass response with a smooth bite in the high-end; the epitome of the voice of early '60s humbucker-driven rock'n'roll.
The Nailbomb humbucker is the perfect synergy of old-school and modern rock tones in a high output humbucker with Alnico V or ceramic options for the bridge pickup.
Punchy mids and crisp bottom-end give the Emerald Alnico V powered humbucker a distinctive blues-rock character with great attack.
Finally, the Black Dog is an aggressive, throaty humbucker with deep bottom-end, muscular mids, smooth highs and more output than a vintage PAF.
Take a look and see how Dan gets on with such a versatile group of humbuckers, and let us know what you think!
