The PolyPafs are a pickup set that cherish the tradition of classic humbucker design, whilst delivering the versatility, energy and feel that modern players require.
The exceptional dynamics, clarity and three-dimensionality of an authentic PAF-style set has been harnessed and paired with beautiful midrange and effortless playability to create a truly special set of pickups for both old - and new - school players.
Built on the foundations of The Mule and Stormy Monday humbuckers with 100% vintage correct parts, PolyPafs feature a custom wind offset of 42AWG plain enamel wire, unoriented Alnico V rough cast magnets and a unique combination of high carbon steel slugs under the wound strings.
PolyPafs are judicious in their output, perfectly balancing dynamic headroom with midrange drive so you can express every nuance and emotion. The open voice, trim bass and string separation brings everything you play into sharp focus even when using super low tunings and thick string gauges.

After playing the sets of PolyPAFs about 14 days now in my korina flying V and Korina explorer I am very happy with them They are indeed a very different kind of PAF but in a good way. They Have a very tight Bass sound They have incredible string separation They have a sort of 3D soundswirl around them. hard to discribe The High mids are bright and open but not Sharp or shrill They still have enough push to put the amp into overdrive And they are indeed a great match with those korina body gibsons I have a lot of bare knuckle pickups going I think back going to 2000/2001 with the first iterations of the miracle man until now I love youre rebell yells, mules, peacemakers, riff raffs,miracle man, nailbombs holly diver trilogy's etc... But these PolyPafs are in a different league I mean hey just sound different than anything else but in a very good way. So really happy . Just to let you know
Just writing a note to thank you guys for all of the help with this order. I've honestly never been in love with a pair of pickups as I am with these Polypafs. For real, they check every proverbial box of mine. Plus they look killer!!!
