The Impulse single coil was originally designed as a bladed neck pickup to compliment the Impulse humbucker in Josh’s preferred Hum-Single layout. The middle and bridge pickups have been meticulously voiced to sport the same thunderous midrange, controlled lows and thick highs as the humbucker. Generous compression will make life easy for any player and the moderate output will play nice with digital, high gain and vintage setups alike.
