Here we have two sets of The Mule humbuckers, one with aged cream bobbins with paisley etching and aged nickel screws, and another with black paisley etched bobbins and black screws.
The Mule humbuckers are built and voiced as faithful reproductions of the best sounding late '59 PAFs with a differing number of turns of vintage correct 42 AWG plain enamel wire on each coil. The result is outstanding clarity and extended dynamic range.
Next up, the Riff Raff humbucker set in nickel / clearcoat finish with paisley pattern etching and nickel pole screws.
The Riff Raff humbucker has a tight and punchy bass response with a smooth bite in the high-end; the epitome of the voice of early '60s humbucker-driven rock'n'roll.
Fresh from the Bare Knuckle Custom Shop, we have a really special and unique Telecaster control plate, built up with our most premium components, with etched paisley finish and all handwired in our UK workshop.

Custom PAT PEND series '63 Veneer Board Strat singlecoil pickup set with nickel covers in a clearcoat finish with paisley pattern etch.
RW/RP middle coil for hum-cancellation in positions 2 and 4 on a traditional Strat pickup selector switch.
After the success of the Blackguard Tele Series it seemed logical to extend the concept and produce a collection of vintage correct Strat sets based on customer demand for coils from specific eras. The PAT Pend Series centres in on the two most requested periods between '59-'62 and '63-'65.
Marking the change to a thinner rosewood 'veneer' board, the '63 Veneer Board set is based on some of the slightly hotter coils from '63 and '64, with the slightly smaller diameter Alnico V magnets. While veneer board Strats are usually brighter than slab board Strats, the hotter wind helps to add body to the tone, while the smaller hand-bevelled magnets focus the magnetism under the strings. With deeper bottom-end than the '59 Slab Board set and a more solid high-end, chords carry plenty of weight with a very full, piano-like ring to each note. As with both sets, the coils are scatter-wound with Heavy Formvar wire for wide frequency response and exceptional pick dynamics.
