The Black Dog humbucker's open coils are scatterwound entirely by hand imparting a unique and versatile personality. Extra turns of wire together with an Alnico V magnet ensure just the right balance of power and clarity.

Solid nickel baseplate, four conductor wiring as standard for series or parallel switching and wax potted to prevent microphonic feedback; all backed by a lifetime guarantee. There are no compromises with Black Dog, only the best sound and performance imaginable.
